Activities in Cadiz

Our school in Cadiz is not only concerned about Spanish classes. We believe that having fun is just as important! For this reason, a calendar of activities is prepared in which possibilities for all tastes are included. The activities give the students the chance to get to know each other, to adapt to the life of the city and to Spanish customs. There is no better way to integrate than having fun!
There are activities throughout the week, some are completely free and others require a small contribution.
These are some of the activities you will find during your stay in Cadiz:

SALSA CLASSES

If you love to dance and want to learn more than Flamenco while you are here, take one of our amazing salsa classes. Expand your knowledge of Spanish music and dance through this Latin art which originated in the Caribbean.

GUIDED CITY TOURS

Learn about the history of Cadiz while getting to know your new home. Your Spanish guide will show you the most important and interesting sites and buildings in our beautiful city. Also get familiar with the location of different shopping sectors, grocery stores, post offices and markets that you can return to during your stay. 

COOKERY CLASSES

We will show you how to make a wide variety of mouth watering, traditional Spanish dishes in our own kitchen. Learn about dishes such as the region’s famous paella and continue to practice your Spanish while talking with others and listening to directions. Afterwards, sit down and enjoy your wonderful dinner with fellow students and teachers!

 

SURF LESSONS

With 10 km of crystal clear water, fine golden beaches and year long sunshine, Cadiz is the perfect place for experienced and first time riders. The classes include all equipment and are divided into theory (introduction and security) and practical classes (from beginner level).
 

FULL DAY TRIPS

Full day trips to cities around Andalucia like: Sevilla, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Vejer de la frontera or Tanger in Marroco. Trips usually are from 9 to 12 hours.
