At each destination there is a key collection point. Usually it is a bar or a hostel near the school that stays open until late at night. When you arrive you just have to go in and say your name. The employees will give you the keys and the address of your accommodation. We will give you all the details once you have formalised your registration.
Yes, but you must notify us in advance so that we can confirm the availability of your accommodation. Extra nights will have a special price.
Once you formalise your registration we will send you an email with all the addresses you need. We will advise you on the means of transport you can use to get to the school and your accommodation. If you have booked an airport transfer service with us, the driver will take you to the door of your house and give you the keys himself.
In that case we strongly recommend that you book our airport pick-up service because the driver will hand you the keys to your house. Otherwise, if the establishment where we left the keys is closed, you will have to find a hostel or hotel to spend that night.
The airport transfer service is reserved at the time of registration. When you choose the destination, course, dates, etc. You will find the option to add the pick up service and the corresponding prices.
In each destination we have a different meeting point at the airport where our driver will be waiting for you. We will send you all the details when you formalise the reservation of the pick-up service and we receive your flight details.
