On this page we have collected the most frequently asked questions we receive from our students regarding our accommodation. If you need more information or if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us, our team is always available to help you with everything you need.

Accommodation is generally booked from the Sunday before the course starts until the Saturday after the course. However, if you need to arrive earlier or leave one or a few days later, you can book an extra night (subjected to availability). Extra nights have a special price. If you wish to book additional nights, please leave a note on the registration form or send us an email with your request.

Yes, you can rent your own accommodation and just book the course.

We will normally send you the accommodation details one or two weeks before your arrival. However, it is possible that in high season you may not receive your accommodation details until the day of your arrival.

Families are carefully selected. They are experienced in hosting foreign students and work with our schools on a regular basis. Homestay accommodation comprises not only families but also private homes with a couple or a single person without children.

In general, students with the same native language will not be placed together in the same accommodation. However, if you prefer to live with a student of the same native language, just mention this on your registration form and we will try to find a suitable accommodation for you.

Yes, you just have to mention it in the registration form and we will try to place you together in the same accommodation (subjected to availability).

Accommodation is booked from the Sunday before the start of the course until the Saturday after the end of the course. Normally, you can extend your stay a few days by reserving individual extra nights (subject to availability). If you have specific requirements regarding accommodation send us an email and we will try to find a way to meet your needs.

 

Full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout your stay. Half board includes breakfast and one meal a day.

There are a variety of accommodation options and they are all at different distances from the schools. Accommodation is normally located within a maximum 10 minutes walk of the school. However it depends on the location, availability, high and low season, etc… and can not be guaranteed.

We provide a space on our registration form to indicate any needs you may have.

Problems with host families are rare, but if there is a problem, you should report it to the school stuff so they can help you find a new host for the rest of your stay.

The accommodation price includes all bills. No additional fees will be charged.

Bed linen is always provided but you must bring your own towels.

 

Bed linen is good.

Cleaning service is included in the price. However, this service generally only covers common areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. You are expected to clean your own room and take care of day-to-day housekeeping, washing dishes, taking out the rubbish, etc.

Yes, but you must leave a note on the registration form so that we can take it into account and organise your accommodation in advance.

When you stay with a host family you are given privacy and independence. As an adult member of the house you can come and go as you please. However, we ask that you be considerate and do not disturb anyone late at night. If you are not going to be home to eat, you must inform your host in advance.

Yes, there is Wi-Fi in all our accommodation options.
